Almost all gear chests are grouped into sets of three. The first chest in the set you open always contains a basic weapon or outfit, and the next chests contain upgrade schematics. In total, there are 30 such chests to be found in Assassins's Creed Mirage.

Abbasid Knight Dagger Set #1In a room located directly above the main gate of The Great Garrison. It's guarded by an armored warrior.
Abbasid Knight Dagger Set #2Inside the Bazaar, in a room that you will visit during one of the main quests. To get in there earlier, you have to destroy the lock on the door by throwing a knife from the balcony on the opposite side.
Abbasid Knight Dagger Set #3It's in a room located at the top of the Qasr Salih. The hole in the roof can be created with the explosive red jar which you will find a level below.
Abbasid Knight Outfit Set #2The chest is located in a room you can access from the main courtyard of Monastery of the Virgins. To get there you must move the bookcase covering the entrance.
Abbasid Knight Outfit Set #3This chest is at the upper floor of the Tax Collector's Mansion. You can get there through the door on the balcony located on the side of the central courtyard, where the fountain is.
Abbasid Knight Sword Set #1On the upper floor of the building you can get to through the window. Inside you must move two shelves blocking access to the chest. To open the chest you need to get the Scholar's Estate Chest Key.
Abbasid Knight Sword Set #2this chest is on the upper floor of the Scriptorium building. It's guarded by a Horn Bearer.
Abbasid Knight Sword Set #3The chest is in the House of Wisdom tower. To get to this chest you must throw a knife through the window to drop the chandelier on the explosive jars standing below. You also need to get the Astronomical Library Key, which you will use to open the door on the lower floor.
Hidden One Dagger Set #1To get inside the building, move the rack blocking the entrance. To open the chest, you'll need the Watermill Chest Key.
Hidden One Dagger Set #2This gear chest is in the cave at the end of the mine underneath the Dur-Kurigalzu. The entrance to the mine is located at the foot of the viewpoint.
Hidden One Dagger Set #3To get to the chest you must throw a dagger at the pulley on which the platform with red jars hangs.
Hidden One Outfit Set #1In the top room of the Mazalim Courts tower. You can get here through the window after destroying the window lattice.
Hidden One Outfit Set #3This chest is inside the Al-Jahiz's House. To get inside, you must blow up the roof by throwing an explosive jar at it. You will find the red jar a level below. If you position the nearby racks properly, you will be able to climb up them to the higher level while carrying the jar.
Hidden One Sword Set #2This chest is inside the building. To get inside, climb through the window to the second floor, stand on the wooden grille in the middle of the room, and then throw the throwing dagger and destroy the lock on the front door.
Hidden One Sword Set #3It can be found in the restricted area of the Southern Camp. It is guarded by a number of enemies.
Milad's OutfitIt's in the secret cave. To get here use the Isu Cave Entrance. It requires 5 Mysterious Shards to unlock.
Shamshir-e Zomorrodnegar (Sword)It's in the secret cave. To get here use the Isu Cave Entrance. It requires 3 Mysterious Shards to unlock.
The Samsaama (Dagger)It's in the secret cave. To get here use the Isu Cave Entrance. It requires 2 Mysterious Shards to unlock.
Zanj Uprising Dagger Set #2First, get the Four Markets Storage Key, then use it to unlock the locked door under a purple awning. Get inside, pick up a red jar and thow it at the rock wall on the other side of the building. You also need to climb to the roof and throw the dagger through the window at the red jars standing inside, which will create a hole in the ceiling through which you will climb to the upper level.
Zanj Uprising Dagger Set #3The chest is in a room on the roof of The Great Bimaristan. To unlock the door toss a throwing knife through the window located on the opposite side. Then go inside and move the bookcase blocking access to the chest.
Zanj Uprising Outfit Set #1This chest is in the room on the back of the ship's deck. To access the chest you have to solve a "racks-pushing puzzle".
Zanj Uprising Outfit Set #2It's on the roof of Khurasan Gate Guardhouse. To get to it destroy the vases and push the left rack forward. Now toss a knife through the opening between the two racks to destroy another vase. Now you can push the right rack forward. Destroy set of vases covering the hole by the floor.
Zanj Uprising Outfit Set #3You can find this chest in a room on the first floor of the Prince's Palace.
Zanj Uprising Sword Set #1This chest is in the room underneath the front entrance to the prison. To get there you must throw a throwing knife and destroy the lock on the door.
Zanj Uprising Sword Set #2It's in the central building of the Soap Boiler's District, on the second floor. Get there by coming up from the ground floor. You can destroy the obstruction on the ceiling by throwing a knife at it.
Zanj Uprising Sword Set #3It's in the central building of the Metal Factory, on the second floor. Get there by coming up from the ground floor.
