DedSec helped a SIRS whistleblower named Richard Malik unmask a rogue SIRS officer who he believed was the leader of Zero-Day. The rogue officer turned out to be his former mentor, Emma Child. DedSec has worked out a list of possible locations for Emma Child. Start by investigating The Stage.

Go to the place, jump over the wall and open the garage.
It will turn out that Albion soldiers are waiting for you inside and your character will be kidnapped, so you will have to switch to another operative.
DedSec helped a SIRS whistleblower named Richard Malik unmask a rogue SIRS officer who he believed was the leader of Zero-Day. The rogue officer turned out to be his former mentor, Emma Child.
Now, an operative has been kidnapped by Child, and DedSec needs Malik's help to get them back before they give up damaging information under interrogation. But Malik has gone completely silent. Find Malik's old safe house to leave him a message.
Head to County Hall. You need to get to the roof of the building. You can use the entrance on the north side and then climb up the scaffolding.
Once you are on the roof, your task will be to pull the lever that is there. Before you do this, however, it is best to quietly get rid of the guards patrolling the area. This will make the next stage of this mission easier for you.
When you pull the lever then Bagley will try to use the drone to solve the network bypass puzzle and thus open the door to the hideout. Your task will be to eliminate drones and soldiers who will try to destroy the drone controlled by Bagley and give him enough time. Get ready for an intense battle, as there will be quite a few enemy soldiers and drones and they will be of all types.
If Bagley's drone is destroyed then another one will pop up after a moment so you don't have to worry about it too much. The safest place for you to be out of drone range is the small room on the roof, which you can enter if you get the key that the soldier patrolling the central part of the roof has.
When Bagley finishes his job then eliminate the remaining enemies and pull the lever again and the entrance to the hideout will open.
Enter the safe house and use the terminal located there. Then leave the restricted area. When you do this, Malik will contact you and you will learn where to go next.

Malik's sources told him Emma Child has appeared at a SIRS blacksite hidden within [Nine Elms Walkway]. If she has DedSec's missing operative, that's where she'll have them.
Get into the blacksite, find the operative and stop Emma Child.
Head to Nine Elms Walkway. You need to get to the barrack located on the lowest level of the Nine Elms Walkway construction site.
One of the guards patrolling the area has the key you will need.
When you get inside it will turn out to be a trap set by Emma Child. After a while you will find that she has an offer of cooperation for DedSec.
When your conversation ends, you will go outside, this mission will end and the next one will begin - Kill Box.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Kill Box.
