This mission is a follow-up to mission "Espionage 101" in which you steal critical intelligence from SIRS HQ for Richard Malik.
A SIRS whistleblower named Richard Malik warned DedSec about a rogue SIRS faction that seeks to seize control of the government and destroy DedSec. He believes this SIRS faction is Zero-Day.
DedSec helped Malik steal critical intelligence from SIRS HQ, but Malik hit a snag when he tried to decode it. He’s asked for another face to face meeting at Cleopatra's Needle.

Go to the meeting place and wait for Malik. You will learn from him what he needs to decode the data and how you can get it.

Malik needs the SIRS Home Office liaison's biometric credentials to analyse the intelligence DedSec stole. Get to Downing Street and track down the liaison.
Head to Downing Street. This is a restricted area with uniformed access for Albion people and police officers. Use the surveillance cameras to locate the assistant of the liaison. Her location may be random and she will be out of download range so you must get into the area to get close to her.

But Malik hit a snag while trying to decode the intelligence. DedSec needs the SIRS Home Office liaison's biometric credentials to continue their investigation into the rogue SIRS faction. The liaison isn't at their Downing Street office, but their assistant is. Hack the assistant and discover the liaison's location.
You can, of course, get into the area yourself, preferably using an agent with special access, but it would be simpler to take control of a drone flying nearby and safely download the data using it.
DedSec must covertly steal the SIRS Home Office liaison's biometric credentials in order to continue their investigation into Zero-Day, which may be a group of rogue SIRS officers. Richard Malik, an SIRS whistleblower, said the best way to do this is by "developing a relationship" with the liaison. Talk to them at The Three Hawker Boys.
Head to The Three Hawker Boys and talk to the Liaison. Your first attempt at seduction fails and Bagley suggest you to try again with a different gender agent.
Switch to an agent of the opposite gender and try again. This time you will succeed and thus get the data you need. This will complete this mission.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Hunting Zero-Day.
