This mission starts after the meeting with Emma Child during which she will reveal to you some information about Malik and offer you cooperation, that is after you complete mission "Smoking Gun".

Emma Child has agreed to release DedSec's operative before they assassinate Richard Malik. Find and rescue the operative.

Go to the Waterloo Plaza area. You should find a kidnapped member of your team in the nearby tunnel.

He's left a dead drop in a rubbish bin that probably indicates a second meeting location. Acquire the dead drop.
Walk up to the trash bin can and acquire the Dead Drop out of it.
It will turn out that Malik has seen through your plan. An explosion will occur and Albion soldiers will arrive on the square and start attacking you.
Leave the square as quickly as possible and lose the chase. Once you do this, the mission will be a complete success.
