Move the barrels and use RC Jumper to get inside through a hole and hack the terminal.

Now you can hack the antenna.

The are two locked grills inside the ventilation duct so you have to hack two different closed circuit terminals.

Second closed circuit terminal is in a restricted area. You can use RC Jumper here, jump down and hack the terminal.

Hack the WiFi device inside the duct.

Before you will be able to hack the antenna, you need to hack a closed circuit terminal located on the upper level. You need to use a ladder to get to that level so you have to go there as Marcus. You won't be able go unnoticed next to the tw guards on the upper level so you should use the stun gun, etc.

Park the nearby truck as shown on the screenshot below and climb up to the upper part of the building.

Bring down the window washing lift and use it to get to the roof.

RC Quadcopter has too short vertical range to be able to get to the antenna from the ground level so you need to find a "high spot", for example the roof of the building where another research point can be found. Check the description of previous research point to find out how to get there.

You can hack the antena remotely from the street, but first you need to hack close circuit terminal located on the roof.

Go to the back of the building but don't enter a restricted area. If you can remotely control external devices (required research: Remote Ctrl: Environmental RC) then you can use nearby scissor lift to get to the top of ventilation duct and then to the terminal on the roof.

If your RC Jumper e.g. can jump higher (required research: Remote Ctrl: Enhanced Spring) then you can climb to the roof of a smaller building to the right, then use RC Jumper and jump onto the ventilation duct from the small wooden platform.

Get to the terminal and unlock it.

Now you can go back to the front of the building and hack the antenna.

Locate the entrance to the ventilation shaft and use RC Quadcopter.

Electronic device on the roof of the theater.

Start climbing here.

Use RC Jumper to jump on ventilation ducts and reach the terminal, use it to unlock the gate.

Continue as Marcus to the other side of the building and call down the elevator.

Use it to get to the roof and pick up the device.

Find the entrance to a tunnel located on the other side of the street and use RC Jumper.

Exit from the tunnel is inside the fenced area so you can pick up the device.

Start here and climb up.

To get to the roof where teminal is, you need to destroy this wooden fence. To do it, you can use explosives or detonate the junction box.

Now you can activate RC Jumper and jump to the other side (you need speed boost and improved jump height).
