Prerequisites: To play this quest, you must first complete the quest Legacy.
This quest is a direct follow-up to the "Legacy" quest. As the last member of the team, Jaylen invites Riko, Kay's mother. Kay is highly displeased about this, but has no other choice.
Jaylen has brought on a new slicer to the crew, Kay's mother Riko who Kay has not seen for ten years. Riko has a lead on something that will help with the heist.
Jaylen is waiting for you in the cockpit. Approach him and another cutscene will start. In order to convince the still disgruntled Kay that Riko must take part in their heist, Jaylen tells Kay a bit about his past. He then gives Kay further instructions on what she needs to get and where to go.
Jaylen has brought on a new slicer to the crew, Kay's mother Riko who Kay has not seen for ten years. Kay and Riko must intercept a meeting between Zerek Besh crime lord Sliro and the ISB to steal a master key for his Canto Bight palace.
The Trailblazer is located on the landing pad near the place where you should go. Get on the speeder and drive to the place marked on the map.
Riko will be waiting for you near the imperial shuttle she stole for the purpose of your mission. A cutscene will begin. Kay and Riko will talk for a while about their relationship. At the end you will have to decide if you are ready for the endgame or if you still want to prepare for it.
You are about to enter the final part of the game. You will not be able to play syndicate quests, contracts, or other side activities until it is completed.
Once inside the Derosha Six station, follow Riko into the hallway ahead of you. There, Riko will open the door to the control room.
Knock out the ISB officer, then hack into the terminal he was standing at. Use it to move the cargo sled and unlock the security door.
Step out into the hallway. Riko will stay behind. It's optional but if you turn right, you will find an officer, a treasure chest and a datapad in the room at the end of the hallway.
Take cover behind the cargo sleds. There will be a button on the wall to your left. Send Nix to press it to turn off the security camera.
To the left of that button is a door that leads into another room with an officer inside...
...and a treasure chest.
You can get rid the stormtrooper and the officer, or you can wait for the right moment and sneak past them through the door on the other side of the hallway.
Continue along the conveyor belt to the south. At some point, you will have to jump down.
Continue south. A little further on, you will have to climb back up.
You will see three enemies in front of you. Wait for the right moment and take them out quietly.
Jump into the hole in the floor at the end of the conveyor belt and go through the tunnel until you reach the broken fan.
Pass under the broken fan and jump down onto the platform below. Then use the grappling hook to jump onto the wall on the other side and climb up it and the handles to the platform above.
Use Nix to open the two shutters on the wall. Shoot the power coils inside with your ion blaster to extend the bridge. Go across the bridge and up the ladder.
If you go northwest, you'll find another ladder that will take you to the platform with another treasure chest.
To proceed, enter the vent and continue forward.
At some point, you will have to squeeze between large pipes.
On the other side, you will find a small container.
Open the next hatch to exit the vents.
Go through the next door to the main hall. Apart from numerous Imperials patrolling the area, it is also scanned by several stationary probe droids. The terminal you are looking for is located on the east wall, but the best way to get to it is to go around the entire area clockwise. So start by going west.
The first computer on the west side that you can slice will allow you to deactivate some of the droids and play back the audio recordings.
Continue moving north until you reach the terminal in the northwest corner of the data extraction center. Hack into it and deactivate the cooling system to activate more steam vents.
Then proceed to the east side.
On the way, you should pass a small container standing in a alcove.
Get rid of the officers you encounter near the terminal, then use it to access droid data and deactivate the droids.
Proceed to the north end of the data extraction hub and take a turbolift.
After exiting the elevator, head to the hallway on the left and then proceed into the room to the east.
At the other end of the room you enter, on the right-hand side, is a vent that you should enter.
Follow the ventilation duct forward. At some point, you will have to unlock the passage to continue.
Move forward and eventually you will reach a place where a cutscene with Sliro, Vail, and someone else will begin.
Continue going through the vents until you enter a hallway. Send Nix to press a button inside the security room on the left to open its door.
Enter the room. Have Nix pull one of the levers while you pull the other. Then shoot the power coil. This will unlock the entrance to room on the other side of the halfway.
Go to that room and slice the terminal you find there.
Ignore the stormtroopers who will enter the room across the hallway and simply exit through the gate on the right, which is now open.
Turn left and go through the ventilation duct.
Taking care to avoid the stormtrooper patrolling this part of the premises, proceed to the other side of the hallway.
Jump down through the breach in the railing. When you approach the railing, Riko will create a small distraction, causing most of the enemies to move away.
Watch out for one officer who didn't leave but stayed behind. Wait for the right moment and get rid of him quietly.
Slice the terminal, then access data and unlock the ventilation shaft.
Go through the ventilation shaft that you unlocked using the terminal.
Then use the next ventilation shaft.
When you exit the ventilation shaft, proceed through the door on your left.
In the room you enter, you will find the entrance to another ventilation shaft.
Be careful, as there is one enemy in the next room. Get rid of him and exit through the door into the hallway.
In the hallway, turn right toward the center and after a few steps, turn left. You will see a ladder that you can climb to reach the upper level.
After reaching the upper level, enter the room in front of you. There you will find a chest standing against the wall.
And in the floor, on the other side of the control panel, the entrance to another ventilation shaft.
When you exit the shaft, you will see a large door leading to the hangar.
After completing this quest, you will be able to play the quest The Heist.
