This mission will be added to your journal automatically when you land on the planet Kadara for the first time (becouse returning to the Tempest from Kadara unlocks planet Elaaden required for this mission).

I'm hearing rumors that scavengers found pieces of an ark on a planet called Elaaden. Might be nothing, but worth checking out.

You need to scan all pods.
One of the pods is powered.
Travel to Remav system.
Scan the door shown in the picture below ...
... then use the Ark Natanus Console to divert power to another door.
you are in Foyer.
Another Ark Natanus console you need to investigate.
Examine the locked door in the next room. You need to divert power to it like you did before.
First, if you haven't done it before, open the unlocked door (left side of the room, blocked by debris), now you can use the console is in the previous room and divert the power.
You are in Atrium.
The door is lock so you need to divert the power one more time.
Macen Barro is dead, Avitus Rix is a new turian Pathfinder.
