Ambassador Rialla, leader of the Initiative's embassy on Aya, reports that an angara from the Resistance has threatened a salarian scientist named Sorvis Lenn. She has asked you to resolve this matter discreetly.

Find Sorvis Lenn and talk to him.
Sorvis Lenn described a hostile encounter with a member of the Angaran Resistance on Aya. Sorvis tagged the threatening angara with a special dye that can only be detected via scanning and pointed you toward the Resistance headquarters area.
Go to the Resistance HQ and scan the soldier.
Talk to Jarryn Sjek and listen to his explanations.
The altercation between Sorvis Lenn and Jarryn Sjek is the result of a misunderstanding about a unique angaran cultural concept called "the Vesaal". Ambassador Rialla will want to know about this.
Go back to the embassy, talk to Ambassador Rialla, and explain her the cause of the problem.
