Look for the email "[Error 982: Carrier signal interrupted!] - Invitation" from Unknown sender.

You can scan objects inside the building but the second scan will cause the hackers to become hostile.
(BUG?) I was able to scan all objects without triggering aggro.
You need to find three EMP devices.
The suitcase is hidden behind a flower pot, next to the entrance to The Vortex.
One of the suitcases is next to the security terminal.
Another one is behind the console in the Colonial Affairs.
Knight is waiting for you in the Common area - Upper floor.
You need to choose: "You'll die for this" (Knight dies) or "Alain is cured" (peacefull ending, available if you cured Alain using the Cybernetic Device).
