Task: Research Center Development

To start this mission you need to find the Terminal in the research center building at Site 1: Promise on Eos. In order for this mission to be available, you must complete the objective "Establish an outpost at an appropriate site" of the mission A Better Beginning.

1. Collect area resources and craft a weapon

At this point of the game, you should have enough resources to craft one of the weapons. If not, go and collect the missing resources, then you can use research center > development, and craft a new weapon, eg. sniper rifle.
