To receive this mission you should read the email "Something Suspicious" from Sid. You will receive it after visiting Kadara.

Hope you're doing good out there. Vetra tells me things, but not the things I know she thinks will upset me. Even now, after everything with Meriweather. Old habits, I guess.
ANYWAY!
There's something weird going on with the Nexus. I just found some stuff that doesn't quite add up. Or maybe adds up to numbers we don't like. It's hard to explain.
If you've got time, we could talk about it, in person? I'll be in Operations.

She's one of the scientists on Nexus - Operations.
2. Investigate space attacks on Nexus ships
Nexus interests have been attacked by the mercenary group called the Three Sabers. Vetra's sister Sid thinks there's something suspicious going on, as the Three Sabers seem to have detailed knowledge of Nexus plans and movements.
3. Sites investigated (x4)
You need to visit Solminae, Joba, Nalesh, and Jirayder systems, search for anomalies, send probes, and scan.
(BUG?) My "progress meter" wasn't updating (showed 0/4 all the time) , but after I scanned the last object, mission objective was completed.

I don't want to hear about it. You all knew ousting Yale would make the break with the Nexus final. No loss; that teat was running dry. Going independent isn't just the smart move, it's the only move. Now we've got the gear and the freedom to take over this place. Angara? Not a problem.
Hear Yale's on Eos. Forget him. He won't talk. Anything he brings up will expose his involvement, and the Nexus' involvement. He's not going to put himself in that position.

7. Speak to Yale on Eos
You've learned that the Three Sabers recently ousted their leader, Stanton Yale, after running into disagreements with him. Yale is now on Eos and may know more about the Three Sabers' activities.
You will find him inside one of the buildings in Prodromos.
8. Confront Addison
Yale, the ousted leader of the Three Sabers, has revealed that the Nexus sanctioned the mercenary group's activities in the beginning. Addison herself had knowledge of it.
Go back to the Nexus - Operations and talk to Addison. Sid will join the conversation.
You have to make a decision "Addison's right" or "Sid's right".
