To start this mission you should read the email "Message from Voeld: Intel on Kett" from Raelis. You will receive it after saving Moshae during A Trail of Hope mission.

Raelis has alerted you to suspicious kett activity at a research facility on Voeld.
Kill the ketts and enter the main building. There are three kett datapads in the room. Find one of them, activate it and listen to the recording.
Find the second datapad, activate it, and listen to the recording.
Find the last datapad, activate it, and listen to the recording.
Scan bio samples, only three of them are kett bio samples. Pick them up.
You can approach it from the SW side.
Kill the kett, go inside and find the datapad.
Listen to two nearby audio logs.
You need to complete Hunting the Archon mission.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Dissension in the Ranks.
