This quest will be added to your journal after the conversation with Evfra - objective "Call Evfra from the Tempest's meeting room" of A Trail of Hope mission.

Kill all kett in the area.
Override the door, and enter the house.
You need to rescue Moshae - A Trail of Hope mission and find kett transponder on Kadara - objective "Retrieve the kett transponder from the badlands" of Hunting the Archon mission.
The Moshae has arranged a secret meeting between you and Akksul in her laboratory on Aya.
Read the email "Meeting with Akksul" from Moshae Sjefa.

Jaal expressed that you wished to meet with Akksul. It has been a long time since he and I spoke; he was so changed by the kett, it was difficult to talk to him. But perhaps enough time has passed, and together we can reason with him. I've arranged a meeting at my laboratory on Aya. Please come at your earliest convenience.

A distress call came in from Prodromos. Travel to Eos, and speak to Bradley for a full briefing on the situation.
Bradley believes the Roekaar are planning an attack on Prodromos. Head to Blackrock Tande to investigate the angaran signal.
Use the console.
The Roekaar are using homing beacons to guide their attack on Prodromos. You have devised a plan to use their own tactics against them by leading them into an ambush at Site 2: Resilience.
You have tricked the Roekaar into attacking Resilience rather than their intended target, Prodromos. Defeat them to protect your outpost.
You should be able to fast travel there.
You pushed the Roekaar out of Site 1 and Akksul has left Eos.
Read the email "Message from Akksul" from Jaal.
