To start this mission you need to locate the first mining dome on H-047c and find datapad in one of the buildings there.

Nickel, platinum, or uranium - each of mining domes is a very good source of these minerals, there are a lot of nodes there.

Kill outlaws in the first dome and use the airlock to get to the second dome.
The second dome is a very good source of titanium.
