To start this mission you need to locate the first mining dome on H-047c and find datapad in one of the buildings there.

Got plenty of helium-3 soil at this site, but I think we'll deplete it pretty quickly. Once we finish here, head back to the base. Krex will add it to the stash.

You already have one code snippet, so you only need to find two more. Visit two more mining domes, kill outlaws inside and locate the datapads.
Nickel, platinum, or uranium - each of mining domes is a very good source of these minerals, there are a lot of nodes there.

You've discovered the headquarters for the Outlaw gang on H-047c. You need to gain access and stop the Outlaws from completing their plans.
Kill outlaws in the first dome and use the airlock to get to the second dome.
The second dome is a very good source of titanium.
4. Clear the headquarters
Eliminate all outlaws, Krex will be among them.
5. Discover Krex's plans
