Cora reports there are asari refugees at the Prodromos outpost on Eos. The refugees' leader, Hydaria, may know the location of the asari ark.
An asari survey ship, the Periphona, may help you find the asari ark itself. Use the Periphona's transponder codes to track the ship from her last known location.
Go to the location marked on your map.
There are four locations marked on your map now. The place you are looking for is the furthest east.
Kill the kett, find the transponder, scan it, and use it.
You need to advance the Hunting the Archon mission to the point of interrogating Vehn Terev at Kadara Port - "Interrogate Vehn Terev" objective.
After completing this mission, you will be able to play the mission Cora Harper: At Duty's Edge.
