An Initiative citizen with an incurable disease has been awakened from stasis. Track her down and return her to stasis before the disease spreads.
You need to visit Kadara. You will receive this mission after reading the email "Please see me" from Capt. Dunn.
Ryder, please see me on the Hyperion deck to discuss a sensitive matter.

Go to the cryo bay and talk to Dr. Carlyle.
Go to the docks and talk to Immigration Staff.
Turn on your scanner, search for Ruth Bekker's traces, and follow them. Or go directly to The Vortex bar, becouse the last trace is there - scan it.
Final trace is in the bar.
Talk to the crew member.
Go back to the docks and talk to Samuel Francoeur.
Go to the Tempest.
Travel to Tecunis system. Search for anomaly (Radiation Trail), and scan it.
Travel to Zaubray system. Search for anomaly (Radiation Trail), and scan it.
Travel to Anasa system. Search for anomaly (Radiation Trail), and scan it.
Travel to Solminae system. Search for anomaly (Radiation Trail), and scan it.
It crashed in the northern part of Kadara.
Find an examine the Shuttle Cockpit Recorder.
Scan the nearby footprints, run downhill, and scan another set of footprints.
Kill them all :-)
Ruth and the Roekaar leader are in the locked room on top of the building.
Use the console located on the lower floor of the building.
The Roekaar leader could be infected so there is a chance that he can spread the infection further. You have to make a decision:
"Fine. Go. She stays." - leader will escape but Ruth will survive (she will be put back into cryo).
or
"Kill her, then I kill you." - both of them gonna die.
