To start this quest you have to talk to Odd Bird. I'm not sure but to be able to do this quest you probably need to go far enough in the main story of the game and complete the Fishy Business in Uzhitz quest.
There's two strange men in Skalitz - one claims to be the spokesman for the Cuman king and that the second is allegedly His Majesty, though he doesn't look too regal...

There's some odd fellow in Skalitz who claims to be the King of the Cumans in disguise, who likes to engage in fistfights. I'd like to see what would happen if I give him a beating!

I did it! I beat the Cuman King and won the title of Greatest Brawler in the Holy Roman Empire!
Loot: Hercules and His Diet III and Agile as a Weasel III.
I managed to beat the so-called King, but his spokesman took to his heels and took my winnings with him!
The spokesman refused to pay me my winnings! The only solution is to beat the coin out of him, which won't be easy.
You must defeat all four enemies at once. It will be much easier when you take away all armor from three of them, with whom you already fought. Do it when they are unconscious after the fights.
