To start this quest you must first complete Next to Godliness quest then talk to Hans Capon. You will have to wait until the next day and talk to him again.
Where is Hans Capon?
He is either in his room in the lower keep in Rattay (he sleeps here), in bathhouse where you were before, in Rattay inns or he is walking between those places.
Sir Hanush has sent for me and Lord Capon. As Sir Hans' page, I should dress as well as I can for an audience like that. Fortunately, he was kind enough to let me have some of his cast-offs, which are still finer than anything I've ever worn!
