This side mission will be made available after the cleansing of the Kamio Shrine. To start this mission talk to the spirit of the content creator.
The spirit of an occult content creator explains to Akito and KK that she's having trouble at home—the place has become too "spiritual." They decide to head to her apartment to investigate further.

Objectives of A Full House
1. Check out the content creator's apartment
The apartment is located in a building slightly south of where you are.
Go up the staircase to the second floor of the building.
2. Search the apartment
Simply enter the apartment.
3. Find and purge the hidden specters
First, enter the bathroom (door on the right) and use spectral vision. By doing so, you will discover a hidden specter that is there. Perform a hand seal to remove it.
Enter the living room and examine the large straw doll lying on the bed. Then use spectral vision and when you do so you will be able to execute another hand seal. Do it.
Approach the living room window and use spectral vision. This will reveal another hidden specter which you will be able to purify by executing a hand seal.
Open the closet located in the living room and use spectral vision. Make another hand seal to get rid of the specter you thus revealed.
4. Speak to the content creator
Leave the building and talk to the spirit of the content creator who will be waiting for you outside.
This mission will end and you will receive rewards for completing it.
Akito and KK find and exorcise a band of specters that had descended upon the apartment, drawn to the highly "spiritual" nature of the place.
