You need to complete this type of rebel op, if you want to unlock rebel support skill Rebel Spotting or upgrade its power and cooldown.
Designate the area you want rebel spotters to mark all enemies.
Power 1: Request recon of a small area.
Power 2: Request recon of a large area.
Power 3: Request recon of the largest area.
All you have to do to complete this type of rebel op is to go to the site, kill the guards when it is necessary, usually climb up a bit, locate the box with the supplies, and tag it. Sometimes the supplies are inside caves, bunkers, etc.
