You need to complete this type of rebel op, if you want to unlock rebel support skill Rebel Diversion or upgrade its power and cooldown.
Rebel Diversion
Indicate a position to send a tactical rebel squad who will create a diversion.
Power 1: Request a small rebel flanking element.
Power 2: Request a large rebel flanking element.
Power 3: Request the largest rebel flanking element.
Deactivating the first antenna will start a timer counting down.
You have a limited amount of time to get to the second antenna and deactivate it.
