To get this mission, you need to complete Find Hope mission, and then find and open the Tracey's Shoebox. You will find it on a table next to the piano, on the upper gallery in the main building of your base.

When you get close to the place where one of the photographs was taken, a message should appear on the screen asking you to align the picture to the current view. You must stand at the marked area on the ground, turn in the direction in which the camera is pointing, pull out the picture and adjust it to what you see.
