To start this quest you have to speak with Jack O' Lantern at the Pumpkin House.
Gather pumpkins to trade for radioactive seeds.

Jack has asked me to find pumpkins for him in the surrounding area. Doesn't he have enough pumpkins already?
Go to the location marked on your map. You will find many pumpkins there.
Note: The Fissure Site is close by, so be aware of the presence of Scorchbeast.
Return to Jack O' Lantern.
I gave Jack the fresh pumpkins and in return I was given some radioactive pumpkin seeds. I should be able to find a good use for these.
