To get this quest you should go to Toxic Valley as it takes place near the lake located in this area.
Clean up the lake.
Grafton's mayor needs me to take the toxic barrels from the lake and dump them elsewhere, or get them out of sight somehow.
You need to collect three Toxic Barrels. You can find these around the edges of the lake. If you have 5 Agility points then you can immediately sink the barrels, otherwise you must take them to a random site to dump. Luckily barrels don't weigh anything.
To be able to do this you must have 5 Agility points.
Grafton's mayor needs me to take the toxic barrels from the lake and dump them elsewhere. I've got the barrels. Now to dump them.
