To begin Seeker of Mysteries you must first complete Novice of Mysteries.
Quest stages of Seeker of Mysteries
1. Listen to the Seeker holotape
After earning the rank of Seeker in the Order of Mysteries, I was issued a new holotape. I should listen to the message from the Headmistress.
2. Accept a Mistress-rank mission
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I need to complete a Mistress-rank mission. Cryptos should have a list of missions I can select from.
Use the Cryptos Terminal > Log in: $UNKNOWN_USER > Mission Board > Mistress | Pleasant Valley Infiltration. You will receive a new holotape.
3. Listen to the Pleasant Valley mission holotape
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I've accepted the "Pleasant Valley Infiltration" mission. I should listen to the mission briefing for details.
4. Infiltrate Pleasant Valley Ski Resort
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I need to infiltrate the raider base at Pleasant Valley Ski Resort and learn how they knew so much about the Order of Mysteries.
Go to Pleasant Valley Ski Resort.
5. Search for information about the Order of Mysteries
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I need to learn how the raiders knew so much about the Order of Mysteries. I should start by searching for any notes or terminals that mention the Order.
There will be several objective markers scattered throughout the whole building. You can head to each of these, collect and read the notes but it seems to me (not sure) that in order to complete this objective you only need to read the Tony's Orders. If this is not enough, just read the others :-P
6. Locate Brody's Room
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I need to learn how the raiders knew so much about the Order of Mysteries. A note mentioned that a raider named Brody had a holotape with information about the Order in his room. I need to find it.
7. Break into Brody's room
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I need to learn how the raiders knew so much about the Order of Mysteries. A note mentioned that a raider named Brody had a holotape with information about the Order in his room. I need to find a way in.
The door is locked (lock level 3) so if you don't have the skill then you have to find the key.
7.1. (Optional) Find a key to Brody's room
Use the nearby Common Room Terminal > Yo Brody!. This will add the mark with location of the key on your map.
Go to the motel and grab the key.
You can now enter the room.
8. Find Brody's holotape
In order to become a Mistress of Mystery, I need to learn how the raiders knew so much about the Order of Mysteries. A note mentioned that a raider named Brody had a holotape with information about the Order in his room. I need to find it.
Brody's Terminal is locked (lock level 3) so if you don't have the skill then you have to find the password.
8.1. (Optional) Find a password for Brody's Terminal
Unlock the nearby Footlocker (no skill required), take and read the Pleasant Valley Intranet Memo. This will add the mark with location of the Pleasant Valley Network Administration terminal on your map.
Go to another building, find and use the Pleasant Valley Network Administration terminal > Network Administration > Reset User Passwords > Torrance, Brody.
Return to Brody's Terminal and use it > Mount Holotape Drive > Continue > Continue > Dispense SIPHON Holotape. You will receive Mistress Olivia Rivers' Login.

Olivia Rivers betrayed her mother and the Order of Mysteries, giving the raiders a copy of the Cryptos database.
After completing Seeker of Mysteries you will get or will be able to get The Mistress of Mystery.
