Beneath Riverside Manor lies an elaborate secret facility. When I entered, the mainframe identified me as an "Initiate" and said I should proceed to a terminal for registration.
2. Register as an Initiate
Use Cryptos Terminal > New Initiate Registration.
3. Listen to the Initiate holotape
Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. After registering, I was issued a holotape and told to listen to it for a message from the Headmistress.

Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. As a new Initiate, my first task is to request a mentor from Cryptos, the Order's mainframe.
5. Request a mentor assignment
Use the Cryptos Terminal again > Log in: $UNKNOWN_USER > Database Queries > Initiate | Mentor Assignment.
6. Meet your mentor in Lewisburg
Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. As a new Initiate, I've been assigned a mentor. I'm supposed to meet her in Lewisburg.
Go to Lewisburg.

8. Learn your mentor's original mission
9. (Optional) Search for Raiders in Lewisburg
Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. My mentor was sent to Lewisburg to hunt for raiders. I could try to learn more about their conflict with the Order. Or I could return to Cryptos and report my progress.
Get on the roof of one of the buildings in Lewisburg.

Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. My mentor is dead, and I've done all I can in Lewisburg. I should report back to Cryptos.
11. Report to Cryptos
Return to Riverside Manor and use the Cryptos Terminal > Log in: $UNKNOWN_USER > The Order of Mysteries Handbook > Missions and Mission Reports.
12. Find a way to authorize your own promotion
Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. Apparently, only my mentor is authorized to accept my report or approve my promotion. She's dead, but I did recover her password...
Use the Cryptos Terminal > Log In: Mistress Natasha Hunt > Administrative Actions > Authorize Promotion > Authorize Promotion - Novice of Mysteries > $UNKNOWN_USER.

Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. I joined the order and arranged my own promotion to the rank of Novice.
14. Log in to claim your promotion
Beneath Riverside Manor, I discovered the secret base of the Order of Mysteries. I authorized my own promotion to the rank of Novice, so I need only log back in in order to claim it.
Use the Cryptos Terminal > Log in: $UNKNOWN_USER > Continue.
After completing Initiate of Mysteries you will get or will be able to get Novice of Mysteries.
