Points of Interest Diablo IV Game Guide
An alphabetical list of all groups of points of interest that have been marked on the maps for the game Diablo IV.
Alchemists
Alchemists are one of the types of vendors available in Diablo 4. They can upgrade potions, craft elixirs and incense, and refine your resources.
Altars of Lilith
Altars of Lilith grant permanent boosts to all your characters in the realm such as +2 bonus to any of the four basic stats, +5 increase in the amount of Murmuring Obols you can hold or additional Paragon Point. In addition you will also earn some Renown in the current area of the map.
Armor Vendors
Merchants offering new armor parts. Here you can use the gold you hold and buy new pieces of armor as well as sell items you don't need. Their stock changes over time. A timer displayed on the vendor's screen tells you when a new stock will be available.
Aspects
Aspects are legendary-tier passives that can be used to augment items in the game. Aspects are divided into a few categories such as : Defensive, Offensive, Resource, Utility, and Mobility. Through an extraction process, you can imprint aspects on Rare and Legendary gear. For rare gear, this process upgrades them to Legendary rarity.
Blacksmiths
Blacksmiths are one of the types of vendors available in Diablo 4. They can craft armor and weapons, repair equipment and salvage materials.
Cellars
Cellars are small instanced chambers that can contain an event or an elite monster. After completing a cellar, you will be rewarded with a chest containing some loot.
Chests
Places where you can find chests containing loot. Whether a chest will appear in a given location, what kind of chest it will be and what it will contain is random. Sometimes you can find the silent chest. Silent Chests are locked chests that you will need special keys - Whispering Keys - to open. You can buy these keys from the Purveyors of Curiosities vendors.
Dungeons
Diablo 4 Dungeons are instances that are randomly generated areas within the game where players can engage in combat, explore the environment, and acquire loot. These dungeons require players to complete various tasks and defeat powerful bosses to progress through them. Once the dungeon is completed for the first time, you will receive a special reward, one of the Aspects, these are legendary-tier passives that can be used to augment items in the game.
Events
Gain Obols by completing events. Spend them at Curiosity Vendors.
Healers
Jewelers
Jewelers can craft gems and manage sockets on your items.
Occultists
Occultists can extract and imprint aspects.
Other
Other points of interest marked on Diablo 4 map that were not categorized into more specific groups that were created for this game.
Priority Quests
Priority Quests introduce or unlock new features and systems.
Purveyors of Curiosities
The Purveyors of Curiosities are special vendors at which you can spend Murmuring Obols, which you earn by completing Events. One of the things that Purveyors of Curiosities offer are Whispering Keys, which are needed to open Silent Chests. They cost 20 Whispering Obols. In addition to keys, the Purveyors of Curiosities also offer any type of armor and weapons. In exchange for a certain amount of Murmuring Obols, you can get a random version of whatever you choose. This can be an item of common, rare or, if you're lucky, even legendary quality.
Quest Objectives
All sorts of places, NPCs, objects and the like that you have to find during any of the quests and which are not directly marked on the map, but only the area where they can be found is marked on the map to a greater or lesser extent.
Rare Monsters
A list of rare monsters that can be found in the open world of Diablo IV. They drop unique loot. Once you kill 15 of them, you will unlock the "Trophy Hunter" achievement.

Side Quests
Side Quests in Diablo 4 are optional missions that you can undertake alongside the main story campaign. The length of side quests can vary. Some quests may be shorter and require a quicker pace, while others may be longer and more narrative-driven. Completing side quests grants renown. More side quests become available as you progress through the game's main storyline. To unlock some of them you will need to complete other activities, such as liberating a stronghold, etc.

There are a total of 213 side quests in Diablo IV, 38 of which count as Dry Steppes Side Quests.
Side Quests, Fractured Peaks
There are a total of 213 side quests in Diablo IV, 35 of which count as Fractured Peaks Side Quests.
Side Quests, Hawezar
There are a total of 213 side quests in Diablo IV, 49 of which count as Hawezar Side Quests.
Side Quests, Kehjistan
There are a total of 213 side quests in Diablo IV, 44 of which count as Kehjistan Side Quests.
Side Quests, Scosglen
There are a total of 213 side quests in Diablo IV, 47 of which count as Scosglen Side Quests.
Stable Masters
Progress the main campaign (you need to get to the beginning of Act IV) and complete the "Mount: Donan's Favor" priority quest to gain access to mounts.
Stash
A stash is a 50-slot inventory storage space in Diablo 4 that is shared by all characters. For the right amount of gold, it can be upgraded to a total of 200 slots.
Strongholds
Strongholds are special areas that are inhabited by foul creatures or bandits. You can cleanse these strongholds and restore them to provide yourself with new waypoints, NPCs, or dungeons. To liberate a stronghold, you need to carry out a series of objectives.

A total of 5 large regions are available in Diablo IV: Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, Dry Steppes, Kehjistan, and Hawezar which are further divided into smaller territories.
Tortured Gifts of Mysteries
Locations where Tortured Gift of Mysteries chests may appear during the Helltide event. They require 175 Aberrant cinders to open and may contain multiple legendary items. The Helltide events only occur after completing the campaign. The Tortured Gifts of Mysteries don't show up on the map, but when you get close to it, it will appear on the minimap.
Wardrobes
Waypoints
Waypoints allow you to fast travel freely across Sanctuary. Activate waypoints as you explore to expand your waypoint options. To unlock the ability to use waypoints you must complete the priority quest "Unlocking Waypoints" - When you get to Kyovashad then simply interact with the waypoint there.
Weapons

World Boss Arenas
These arenas are the places where one of the World Bosses can appear. World Bosses spawn only after completing the main story campaign, and they only appear at certain times. Once you kill them all, you will complete the "World Boss Slayer" Challenge.
