Vigilance Watch Dogs: Legion Mission

1. TALK to Ángel Lopez

Talk to Angel again and he will ask you for another favor.

2. REACH the Albion Internment Centre / HACK the Database to Find Ángel's Friends

You can complete this step while remaining outside the building and using the security cameras inside the building. You need to download data from the laptop that is located in the main hall.

First, switch to the camera from where you can initiate the download process.

Unfortunately, you will see that the camera is too far away and the download will get stuck at 0%. Fortunately, you can switch to another camera, which is located at a good distance from the laptop...

...and the download will be possible. This second camera cannot be used to initiate the download and therefore you must first use another camera.

3. UNLOCK the Cell Doors

You must now access the closed circuit terminal located in the same hall as the laptop. The easiest way to do this is to use a multidrone. You can get inside the building through the ventilation duct, the entrance to which is on the north side of the building.

4. FIND Ángel's Friends

You now need to get inside the garage located in the southeastern part of the compound. There is a gate there, through which you can enter the restricted area.

You will have to take pictures so you have to get to the garage in person. The area is patrolled by several guards but getting rid of them quietly shouldn't be much of a problem.

5. PHOTOGRAPH the Bodies / ESCAPE the Area

Use your camera to take picture of the bodies and send it to Angel. Then leave the unsafe area. Aiden and Angel will talk about what happened and how to respond. No matter what you decide to do next, Angel will react the same way at the end, and the reward won't change either. It will also not affect subsequent missions in the game in any way.

6. (Optional) NEUTRALIZE Albion Captain Dansk / GET TO Safety

Aiden will suggest getting rid of Captain Dansk once and for all. Go to the location marked on the map. Captain Dansk, along with three more Albion soldiers and drones, is holding a few hostages in the area. You only need to kill the captain and then escape to safety. Once you succeed then this mission will be over.

7. (Optional) DELIVER the Evidence to Claire Waters

Angel will propose a more "peaceful" solution. When you decide to do this then go to the north part of Camden and talk to Claire Waters. She will agree to take care of the case which will end this mission.
