You will receive this mission after completing all three borough activities in Lambeth, one "Sabotage" activity, one "Neutralise VIP" activity and one "Photograph Evidence" activity.
While doing what they could to stop Albion’s operations in the borough, DedSec discovered disturbing evidence that the PMC is systematically targeting dissidents in the city. DedSec was contacted by an informant who has more information.

Quest stages of The Black Hole of Battersea
1. MEET with the DedSec Informant
Go to The Battersea. The person you should talk to is outside the restricted area.
DedSec discovered from a local informant that Albion are running a black site under the Battersea; a secret detention centre where dissidents (as they define them) are sent.
Infiltrate the prison, free the captives, and expose Albion.
2. ENTER the Abandoned Power Plant
The lower level is a restricted access zone guarded by several guards and drones. You need to get there and go through one of the two passages located on either side of the canal.
To use the passage on the west side you must first get the key. Fetching it won't be much of a problem because you can use the security camera to do so.
To get to the passage on the east side you can use the elevator. To unlock this elevator you must first get access to the closed circuit terminal below. The easiest way to do this is to use a spiderbot, which you can simply toss below.
The corridor near the entrance to the elevator which will take you down to the abandoned power plant is guarded by another soldier and a drone. Depending on what equipment you have, get rid of them or try to pass unnoticed and use the elevator.
3. HIJACK the News Drone
The elevator will take you to an abandoned power plant. Start by getting control of the news drone you find there.
4. REACH the Secret Prison
Fly your drone through the narrow passageways under the ceiling to the room where you will find a key that will open the locked door and allow your character to move on.
The rooms are in darkness. You need to reach the next locked door and open it using the closed circuit terminal located next to it. To light your way, keep switching between your character and the news drone and reposition the drone so that its flashlight illuminates your way.
In the next room, you will need to complete the network bypass puzzle. Do it with the help of the news drone and this will unlock another door.
In order to get your character to the next door, you have to walk across several footbridges. Again, use the news drone to illuminate your path. You can also use the scan option, which will "light up" the room for a while.
5. FREE the Hostages
On the other side of the door you will find the prison cells and the prisoners. To free them you have to go a little further, eliminate the guard you come across there and use the console to open the prison cells.
Once you do that this mission will be completed and you will receive rewards - all the tech points in the Nine Elms borough that you have not collected yet will appear on the map and you will receive a new team member - Skilled Professional Hitman Operative.
