To start this mission you need to talk to inspector Kaitlin Lau who you will find in your hideout. This will be possible after you complete the mission "Bloody Mary Kelley".
Kaitlin Lau supplied DedSec with information that Clan Kelley is importing a dangerous new drug into London from Cairo. The crates of ChronosX appear to be destined for Finsbury New Project.
Get to Finsbury New Project and keep this drug off the streets.

1. DESTROY the ChronosX Crates 0/3
Go to Finsbury New Project. This is a construction site so an operative who is a construction worker will help you moving around the area. Your task is to destroy three containers located in three different places.
You can destroy the container (1) by hacking the camera near it and then blowing up a nearby trap.
Destroy the container (2) located in the middle of the site by taking control of the cargo drone flying nearby and dropping a cargo on it.
You can destroy the third container by shooting at the barrel with flammable materials standing next to it, which will catch fire and explode after a short moment. You can get there in different ways. For example, through the gate and along the scaffolding. You can also approach from the south side, throw a drone through the window and use it to unlock the door located there, etc.
2. ESCAPE the Area
When you have destroyed all three containers then leave the construction site. This mission will end and you will receive another task from Kaitlin - "Deal Breaker".
After completing Out of Stock you will get or will be able to get Deal Breaker.
