This mission starts automatically after completing the mission "Restart DedSec". In this mission you will learn about the next element of the gameplay, which is the borough opportunities. You will have to visit two restricted areas and perform certain actions there. The order in which you visit them does not matter.
DedSec is back and ready to hit the ground running. Sabine thinks the best place to start is by counteracting the Albion presence in Camden borough.

Quest stages of Light A Spark
1. ACQUIRE Albion Operations Data
Head to Royal Courts of Justice. The item you need to collect is located in a room that is on the upper floor. The area is guarded by several Albion guards. How you get there depends entirely on your preferences and the gadgets and skills you have. You can, for example, use the lift standing by one of the walls and use it to get to the upper floor. You can get rid of the guards patrolling the area by, for example, activating traps that are located in several places around the building.
The room is locked and to enter it you will have to find a closed circuit terminal.
The terminal is located in the courtyard on the lower level. You must gain physical access to it.
You can get to the terminal personally, or you can use a spiderbot.
When you unlock the door then go back to the room on the upper floor and take the hard drive you find there.
2. DISRUPT Albion Propaganda
Head to Camden High Street. You need to get to the terminal that is located on the roof of the building and controls the big billboard.
To get there go to the inner courtyard of the building. There you will find a scissor lift which you can use to get higher.
Then climb up the orange pipe and go across more rooftops, jumping over fences, etc.
Eventually you will reach the terminal. Interact with it.
When you use it then the commercial on the billboard will be changed and the task will be completed. If you have completed both objectives of this mission then it will end and you will receive a new one - "Clarion Call".
After completing Light A Spark you will get or will be able to get Clarion Call.
