This is another of the tasks you will receive from Ángel Lopez. You can play it after completing mission "Bloody Knuckles".
A company has laid off a large number of its employees and kicked them out of their company-funded housing.
Aiden must uncover the company's secrets and put an end to whatever it's doing.

Quest stages of Lay Off, Buy Up
1. TALK to Ángel Lopez
Again, talk to Angel and he will tell you about another problem that has arisen.
2. REACH Lambeth Towers / ACCESS the Apartment's Internal Network
Ángel has learned of a rash of suspicious forceful evictions at some high-demand locations around the city. Go to apartment of the most recent evictee and see if you can learn more about the cause.
Head to Lambeth Towers. It's a restricted area. You need to get to the destroyed level of one of the skyscrapers. For example, you can climb the lower floors and the orange pipe there. Next to the server you will come across two clan members. The best way is to take them down quietly.
3. DOWNLOAD the Clan Kelley Data / ESCAPE the Area
Switch between cameras to get access to a tablet from which you can download data and then leave the restricted area.
4. REACH Shad Thames Plaza / HACK the Server for Information
The evictions seem to be connected to Thomas Rempart buying up land to turn into manufacturing plants. Go to one of his construction sites to learn more about the scheme and disrupt his operations.
Head to Shad Thames Plaza and approach the construction site from the northeast side. The server you need to access is located in a restricted area. The easiest way to access it is to use a multidrone.
The drone must be in ground mode to start downloading the data, but then you can switch back to air mode and wait for the download to complete.
5. DESTROY the Backup Servers / ESCAPE the Area
You must locate and destroy two servers. You can use a multidrone to do this. For this to be possible you just need to switch it to ground mode for a while. The first of the servers is just around the corner.
To get to the second server you must first locate the closed circuit terminal and use it to unlock the door leading to the server room.
After destroying the servers and leaving the restricted area you will get rewards, including Riot Drone Hacks, this mission will end and you will get another mission.
After completing Lay Off, Buy Up you will get or will be able to get Vigilance.
