In a shocking turn of events, DedSec discovered that Zero-Day was none other than their very first ally. Sabine was the mastermind behind the London bombings and she has a new sinister plan to destroy the city.
Scattered and on the run from Albion attacks, Bagley calls DedSec together in an emergency briefing to find a way to stop Sabine.

To begin Hard Reset you must first complete The Face of the Enemy.
Quest stages of Hard Reset
1. ATTEND the Emergency Briefing
Bagley arranged a safe rendezvous point atop FLVR Restaurant so DedSec members can discuss the current state-of-affairs. Navigate to the rendezvous point.
Head to FLVR Restaurant and get to the top of the building. You can use the stairs and scaffolding located at one of the walls of the building to do this.
When you start this briefing, all activities, recruitment and missions will be locked. They will be available again once you complete or choose to abandon the mission.
At the meeting Bagley will tell you what he has found and what you should do.
2. REACH Blume Tower
Sabine, or Zero-Day, has used the Drool Britannia ctOS patch to corrupt Bagley's OS and infect every digital system in London. DedSec members have to work in coordination to shut down the broadcast signal from Blume Tower, and also find Bagley's core servers at Broca Tech and "kill" him.
Blume Tower broadcasts the corrupted Bagley protocol to London, causing mayhem and destruction in the city.
Your character will automatically get into the car and your task will be to get to the Blume Complex. While driving there you will notice the effects of the Drool Britannia update. ou have to pay attention to the vehicles and others that just "went crazy". The city is in total chaos.
3. CALL the Tower Elevator
The lobby elevator is the only way to the top of the tower, where Bagley's operating system updates are being streamed to London. Navigate up to shut off the signal before the virus can cause more devastation.
Enter the building and use the panel to bring down the elevator. You may have to get rid of one of the guards that patrol the area.
4. USE the Tower Elevator
Enter the elevator. After entering it, you'll automatically swap to a different operative at another location, near Broca Tech.
5. LOCATE Bagley's Brain at Broca Tech
Terminating the broadcast from Blume Tower won't be enough to stop Sabine's virus. DedSec must infiltrate Broca Tech, locate Bagley's quantum core and destroy his servers, effectively "killing" Bagley in order to stop it.
Approach the building and three pipes will be marked which you must destroy.
6. DESTROY the Coolant Pipes 0/3
Sabotage the external coolant system to gain access to the server farm.
For example, you can use the nearby cargo drone station, call a drone and use it to destroy the pipes.
7. OVERLOAD the Coolant System
You'll have to do this personally, but getting to the button shouldn't be much of a problem.
When you do this you will once again take control of the character who took the elevator to the top of the Blume tower.
8. REACH the Transmitter at the Top of the Tower
Hacking it may reveal the location of Bagley's quantum core.
Climb the ladder a level up and interact with the router that is there.
9. UNLOCK Maintenance Access
Manipulate the Tower's upper fins to trigger a maintenance request that unlocks a ladder leading to the top.
Hijack one of the drones flying nearby and use it to solve the network bypass.
Once you do this, you will be able to hack the router.
Once you do this, the requesting access process will begin and you will be attacked by drones.
10. SURVIVE until the Maintenance Request is Complete / DESTROY the Defense Drones
Sabine has sent a fleet of drones to attack DedSec on their way to manipulate the Blume Tower fins. The drones must be eliminated in order to proceed to the top of the tower.
Simply destroy all the drones that attack you.
11. REACH the Transmitter at the Top of the Tower
Make your way through a nearby doorway, up a ladder, to reach the top of the tower.
You will watch a cutscene in which a confrontation between your character and Sabine will take place. And then you will be switched back to the other operative.
12. DESTROY Temperature Regulators 0/2
Disable two cooling systems within this facility by destroying the coolant tanks. This will trigger a failsafe shutdown that prevents overheating. When the server farm is in this mode, Bagley's data containers will remain online, making them easy to identify.
Be careful of traps arming themselves. You can explode / shoot them in advance if you'd like to. First interact with any of the two switches.
This will expose one of the temperature regulators so you can destroy it simply by shooting at it. But it will also set off an alarm and soldiers will come to the room and start attacking you.
13. ACCESS Service Drone
DedSec continue to shut down the cooling system. Use a maintenance drone to reach Bagley's data containers.
Use the console in the middle of the room and this will bring up the cargo drone.
14. DISABLE Bagley Servers 0/3
Bagley must be killed in order to stop Sabine's virus from spreading. Disable Bagley's four data containers to completely shutdown his quantum core.
Use the drone to get to the three servers and disable them.
15. KILL Bagley
Destroy the final quantum core to "kill" Bagley. Fully shutting down his systems should stop the virus from functioning.
Shut down the last server to complete the work of destruction. And that will be the end of the main story of Watch Dogs: Legion and you will be able to watch the end credits.
After completing Hard Reset you will get or will be able to get Finding Bagley.
