A podcaster by the name of “phant0m” found a way to turn invisible. He’s been busting into Albion, SIRS, and Kelly locations to steal whatever he can get his hands on, then posting the whole thing online. Connie wants to team up with phant0m, but she needs Aiden’s help to find him.

Quest stages of Ghost of London
1. TALK to Connie
Go back to the bar and talk to Connie. Her next task will be to find a certain hacker.
2. INVESTIGATE Locations Targeted by phant0m
A podcaster by the name of “phant0m” found a way to turn invisible. He’s been busting into Albion, SIRS, and Kelly locations looking for something called “project chiroptera”, then posting about it online. Connie wants to team up with phant0m, but she needs Aiden’s help to find him.
Find phant0m.
Three locations located in the Lambeth Borough will be marked on your map. You will need to visit any two of these locations. When you visit the second place then you will get the information you need.
2.1. Lambeth Palace
The object is located on the roof of the building and you need to gain physical access to it. You can use a drone but to start the download process it must be in the ground mode. The problem may be the guard who is looking towards the object most of the time and can notice the drone.
You can wait for the moment when the guard turns around and then try to download the data (this process will take a while).
You can also get rid of the guard first, for example you can use the cargo drone flying around and drop something heavy on his head.
2.2. MI-6 Building
The object near the MI-6 building can be hacked remotely with the multidrone. Wait until the guards walk away, fly close enough and download the data.
2.3. Dorrel Hand Car Wash
The object is located inside the garage and you must gain physical access to it. You can get inside through the back entrance, for example.
You don't have to be afraid of the regular workers, just pay attention to where the guards are and you should have no problem with the download.
3. LOCATE 'phant0m'

Find phant0m.
An indicator of how far you are from the target will appear on your screen. It will decrease as you get closer to the target.
Eventually it will lead you to a warehouse located in the southwestern part of the Nine Elms district.
When you get there first get the key which you can download using the security camera. You will find it in the connector between the two main buildings.
This key will allow you to get into one of the buildings undetected.
The warehouse is guarded by several soldiers and a robot. It is best to get rid of the nearby guards quietly, especially the one who patrols the area (right side). You need to reach the central part of the room. You can of course engage the robot, but it's not necessary. You can just avoid it by properly hiding behind the shelves. In the middle of the room he will find a cloaked corpse.
4. DISABLE the AR-Cloak
Hack the body to remove the AR-cloak. Then you will find that it is phant0m's body.
5. ANALYSE phant0m's Body
Examine the man's corpse and when you are done, leave the warehouse.
6. ESCAPE the Area
Leave the warehouse. When you do this, the mission will end and you will be able to use the AR-Shroud from now on.
