Friends in Low Places Watch Dogs: Legion Mission

You will receive this mission after completing the mission "Jacks", that is after Connie gives you some tips on what you should do now.
Jackson helped Aiden get his first lead on Wrench by hooking him up with a contact in London's underground resistance, who in turn pointed him toward a smuggler. If Aiden helps the smuggler, he can get a lead on the chunk of Wrench's gadget shrapnel that wound up lodged in Aiden's chest after their fight. And if he can find the gadgets, then maybe he can find Wrench and the BrocaBridge.

Prior missions
To begin Friends in Low Places you must first complete Jacks.
Quest stages of Friends in Low Places
1. TALK to Freddie
Go to Lambeth. You can find Freddie on the roof of one of the buildings near the subway station. You can get to her for example by climbing the stairs from the east side.
In exchange for information, she will want you to do something for her - retrieve her goods. Aiden agrees to fulfill her request.
2. REACH the Albion Lockup
This time you must go to Albion Station Wapping located in the southern part of Tower Hamlets.
3. USE the Multidrone to ACQUIRE the Packages / DROP the Package at the Vehicle 0/3
You must collect three small packages located in a restricted area. You have to do it with a multidrone.
The first package is located on the roof of the building. If you are fast enough you can distract a guard standing nearby and quickly fly up to the package, pick it up and fly away with it to a safe distance before the guards try to deactivate your drone. You can also use Aiden's System Crash ability, which will cause the guards to leave their positions in search of the cause of the disruption.
Then drop the package into a container standing near a car parked by the building.
You'll find another one of the packages at the dock.
To get the last package, which is inside the building, it's best to get the key from the guard on the roof...
...so you can use it to open the front entrance gate.
Then fly inside this way and get the package.
4. DELIVER the Confiscated Goods to Freddie / ESCAPE your Pursuers
Aiden has recovered a smuggler named Freddie's confiscated goods. He must deliver them to her in exchange for information that could lead him to Wrench and the BrocaBridge, which he needs to ensure his nephew's safety.
Get in the van. As soon as you do this, a chase will start after you and you will have to get rid of it.
This may be a bug, but I was able to escape the pursuers very quickly (I checked it a few times) when I drove towards the Tower of London, destroyed the railing and landed on the green area below surrounding the fortress - a small cheat but helpful ;-)
After successfully escaping from the enemies, return to the designated location to deliver the packages to Freddie. When you arrive at the underground parking lot in the western part of the City of London then park your car and get out.
5. TALK to Connie
Connie will be waiting for you near the St Paul's Cathedral.
When you talk to her, you will learn about the new possibilities that you will have access to from now on. After this this mission will end and you will receive another one.
After completing Friends in Low Places you will get or will be able to get Lock and Load.
