Type: Tower Hamlets Uprising
You will receive this mission after completing all three borough activities in Tower Hamlets, one "Rescue Freedom Fighter" activity, one "Neutralise VIP" activity and one "Collect Evidence" activity.
DedSec has discovered that Albion are behind a plan to deliberately create shortages of food and supplies to keep the people in Tower Hamlets submissive. Their actions in the borough have inspired a group to band together and raid an Albion stockpile, but they need a distraction.
Race through the streets of the borough and attract the attention of Albion forces.

Quest stages of Driven to Distraction
1. MEET with the DedSec Informant
You will meet the person you should talk to near the southwest walls of the Tower of London.
2. START Racing through Tower Hamlets
To start the race approach and interact with a nearby stand.
3. RACE through the Borough (0/31)
You have to navigate a course that will consist of 31 gates. You will have a limited amount of time to do this. Initially the timer will show 45 seconds, but after passing each gate you will get an extra 5 seconds.
Of course, you can expect obstacles on your way and you will be chased by Albion cars and drones. As time passes, the chase will become more intense.
When you reach the last of the gates this mission will end and you will receive rewards - all the tech points in the Tower Hamlets borough that you have not collected yet will appear on the map and you will receive a new team member - Skilled Getaway Driver Operative.
