You will receive this mission when after examining the corpse of the assassin who wanted to kill Nigel Cass - "Nigel's Close Shave" mission, you will learn that Cass is about to launch his autonomous drone project THEMIS.
DedSec found Radu's body and pulled data from his Optik. They discovered that Nigel Cass had already launched the Project THEMIS drones and that deleting the project files only delayed it. Cass is planning a code update that will activate the drones and turn them into autonomous assassins.
Get to Tower Bridge and destroy the THEMIS drones by uploading a virus into them.

2. DISABLE the Comms Encryptors 0/2
Both comm encryptors are located on the upper platform of the bridge. You can get there by starting by climbing the scaffolding at one of the bridge pylons. Along the way and at the top platform you will come across a few guards. It's best to eliminate them now, then you won't have to worry about them when you start uploading the virus.
Terminals are located at the two ends of the platform.
3. UPLOAD the Virus to THEMIS / ESCAPE the Area
Approach the terminal in the middle, near the antena, and activate it to start uploading the virus. Be prepared that almost immediately various drones will start arriving and attack you. There will be quite a few of them, and you must stay within range of the terminal in order for the upload not to be interrupted.You cannot, for example, jump down a level because you will lose range there.
Very useful at this point will be the abilities to disable drones, hijack them or make them fight on your side. You should focus on surviving and then eliminate enemy drones and soldiers as quickly as possible. When the virus uploading process reaches 100%, all attacking drones will be destroyed.
When upload is completed, leave the restricted area to complete this mission.
