Disrupt Propaganda is one of the borough activities available in Watch Dogs: Legion. Your task is to find and hack a console usually located on the rooftop of a building and thus replace Albion propaganda with a DedSec message.

Buckingham PalaceRestricted area (Queen's Guard, Albion). You need to get to the roof of the palace. The easiest way to get there, maybe even the only one, is to use a cargo drone. You have to watch out for riot drone flying around. Ideally, you should have the ability to deactivate these type of drones. Of course, you can also destroy it with your weapon.
Camden High StreetRelated missions: Light A Spark
Public access. There is a scissor lift in the inner courtyard which you can use to get to the roof. Completing this activity is part of the mission "Light A Spark".
Piccadilly CircusPublic access. You will need a cargo drone. There is a place nearby where you can call one.
Fly up and move the crate blocking the entrance to the ventilation duct.
Drop this crate on the other side of the construction materials.
Call the spider bot. Go through the first ventilation duct. Jump over the crate you moved to the other side and go through the ventilation duct that you unblocked to the terminal.
Hack the terminal.
