Public access. To enter the building you have to hijack the drone which is inside the building and find the key which is behind the curtain on the upper floor.
First, download the key.
Then enter the building, find the terminal and hack it. After hacking the terminal, check the console and then find the three parts of the password.
You will then be able to download data from the console.
