Somebody's set up an elaborate stingray operation to leech phone data from the streets below. We want to know who did this and what they're up to.
The stingrays are mounted on the roofs but they are reachable from the ground level. You can also use the quadcopter.

We found a spot around Coit tower where cellphones are being heavily disrupted, so of course DedSec's going to go take a look.
Go to the tower hill, activate the NetHack and look at the tower.
You should be able to reach the stingray with the quadcopter.
If you are experiencing "vertical range problems" then you can climb on the scaffolding behind the tower.

Looks like Greystrom is in bed with local authorities to steal private information from San Francisco's civilians. You don't have the big picture yet, but we can do some damage.
The server is in the locked control room on the top of the building so first, you need to find and hack the closed circuit terminal. It's at the ground level in the restricted area. Activate the jumper, sneak to it unnoticed, and hack it quietly.
Now you can go up the stairs but it would be better to get to the roof with the help of the scissor lift.
Stay outside the restricted area and activate the jumper again.
Jump down, enter the control room and hack the computer.
