How to deliver your favorite car to any place on the map?

First, you must complete "A Piece of the Action" main mission making JimRob's Garage criminal venture unlocked. The owner of the property, JR, will order you to steal 10 vehicles. When you complete his tasks and talk to him again then as a reward you will receive the Vehicle Delivery ability.

From now on you will be able to use the Contacts app on your phone to request a delivery of the vehicle set as your favorite in the garage. When you do so, after a few seconds your vehicle will be delivered to you.
