To start this side mission you must enter the "Free Ride" mode and read a Letter from a Friend lying on the crate in training room at upper floor of Salieri's Bar to unlock the phone booth.

I understand you have experience in the art of race fixing. We need somewhere discrete to discuss this matter further, suggest east of the graveyard in Oakwood.

To begin The Old Switcheroo you must first complete The Crazy Horse.
Objectives of The Old Switcheroo
1. "The Old Switcheroo" Phone Booth
Go to the phone booth described in the note - Mister Fancy Bike. The phone will be ringing and you will be able to interact with it.
Your adventures at the track inspired me to dabble in some race fixing. Take the cars I provide and swap them across town. If you bring the last car back in good time, it's all yours.
2. Get in the car / Drive to Beech Hill / Swap the cars
The timer will start counting down. The car is on a trailer in a nearby parking lot. Quickly get there and get into the car.
Then drive to a marked location in Beech Hill.
When you get there you will see another trailer and another car. Park your car near the trailer. Get out of the vehicle and get into the car parked on the trailer. Drive the car off the trailer. Return to your previous car and drive it on the trailer. When you do this, the timer will set to a new value.
3. Get in the car / Drive to Lake Fyer / Swap the cars
You will now have a long route to the north but you have enough time for that.
When you get to the place, you will have to swap cars again.
4. Get in the car / Drive to Chinatown / Swap the cars
The timer will reset to the new value. This time you will have to drive to Chinatown.
This will be the last car swap you will have to do.
5. Get in the car / Return to Oakwood
The timer will reset to a new value and you will have to return to the parking lot where you started this mission.
When you get there, park the car on a trailer and the mission will be over.
You will unlock a new vehicle - Brubaker Forte.
After completing The Old Switcheroo you will get or will be able to get Curse of the Baskervilles (1 of 10).
