This mission begins as soon as the "Running Man" mission is completed. In the back of the bar you will have the opportunity to talk to Don Salieri himself. When you tell him that you don't need financial support but want revenge for destroying your cab, he will tell Paulie to take you to the bar where Morello's men are based and where you can destroy some of his cars.

Prior missions
To begin Molotov Party you must first complete Running Man.
Objectives of Molotov Party
1. Look around the bar
Don Salieri told Paulie to show you around his bar.
Go to the bar and use this opportunity to take the cigarette card lying on the table - Paulie Lombardo (#2) (SM).
2. Join Paulie / Talk to Vincenzo / Pick up the molotovs
Return to the billiard room and talk to Paulie. Then follow him. He'll lead you to the room where Vincenzo is based. When Paulie tells him that you need something to destroy a few cars, he will give you a baseball bat and a couple of molotov cocktails.
Take the molotov cocktails from the box that Vincenzo put on the table.
You can also take the dime detective magazine lying on the table - Death Wears Red Heels (#14) (SM).
3. Follow Paulie / Talk to Ralph
Go with Paulie to the garage where you will meet Ralph. He will give you the keys to the car you can drive to Morello's Bar.
4. Drive to Morello's Bar / Park near Morello's
Wreck the cars in the parking lot behind Morello's bar.
Follow the route marked on the minimap to Morello's Bar. When you get there, park the car in the designated area.
5. Follow Paulie / Pass through alleyway unseen
Follow Paulie. You will enter a narrow alleyway across the street, through which you will be able to get to the back of the parking lot. Crouch down and sneak behind Paulie.
6. Follow Paulie / Climb fence
Go on with Paulie. A few steps further on Paulie will tell you that he will distract the guard and you should go around and jump on the guard from behind. Start by jumping over the fence.
7. Get up on garage roof
Then climb up the crates to the garage roof.
8. Take cover against railing
Approach the railing and take cover behind it. Then Paulie will approach the parking gate and distract the guard.
9. Sneak up behind distracted guard / Subdue guard from behind
Descend a ladder to the parking lot, sneak up on the guard and subdue him.
10. Destroy cars / Deal with Morello's guys / Destroy cars
Open the weapon wheel and select the baseball bat. Use it to smash the cars.
After a while, two Morello men will run out of the building to the parking lot. Use the bat to beat them.
Complete the demolition of the cars, this time using the Molotov cocktails you received from Vincenzo. Throw molotovs to torch cars.
11. Steal Dino's car
Paulie will open one of the garages where Dino's car is parked. Get in the driver's seat, drive out of the garage, ram the gate and start driving away.
12. Lose the cops / Return to Salieri's Bar / Park the car in the garage
Lose the cops before you return to Salieri's bar.
A police car will start chasing you, you must lose it. Only when you get rid of the police will you be able to return to Salieri's Bar safely. When you get back at your place, park the car in the garage, where Ralphie will take care of it.
13. Follow Paulie
Don Salieri is waiting to hear how it played out.
Go back with Paulie to the bar where you will report to Don Salieri. He will be very pleased with what you have done and will make you a job offer. You will accept it. Don Salieri will introduce you to the rules you should follow and this mission will end.
After completing Molotov Party you will get or will be able to get Ordinary Routine.
