To begin Fair Play you must first complete Ordinary Routine.
Objectives of Fair Play
1. Talk to Ralph
Go to the garage and talk to Ralphie. He will tell you about his friend Bobby, who is a racetrack guard. For a small fee, he will show you where your opponent's car is and let you borrow it for a while. He will also tell you about a car mechanic named Luca Bertone who will be able to make the necessary modifications to this car. At the end Ralph will show you which garage is yours. You will find all your vehicles there.
2. Meet with the guard at the Race Track
Enter the garage, select any of the vehicles and drive to the racetrack.
Bobby will be waiting for you at the entrance gate to the racetrack. As the garages are located at a considerable distance from the entrance gate, he will get in your car (or you will use his car if you came on a motorcycle) and you will drive to the garage where the racing car you are interested in is parked.
3. Drive to track garage with the guard / Follow guard / Get into race car
Drive to the designated point and then follow the guard to the garage in which the race car is parked.
Bobby will open a garage where 1929 Carozella C-Series, the best car in its class, is parked. Get into the car.
4. Drive to Lucas Bertone's garage
You now have limited time to get to the garage where Lucas is waiting for you.
Lucas will be able to handle the work quickly and you will soon be able to return to the racetrack. Before you leave, Lucas will warn you that the car will misbehave.
5. Return to Race Track
You will have a bit more time to get back to the racetrack. This time you have to watch the engine temperature gauge to avoid overheating. The car will also drive worse. The timer will end the countdown when you pass through the entrance gate to the racetrack but you must keep an eye on the temperature gauge until you reach the garages.
Drive into the garage and this will complete this stage of this mission.
6. Race day / Win the race
The next morning you, Sam and Paulie will go to the race track to watch the competition and have a nice time. Your idyll will be interrupted by the arrival of Frank who will inform you that your driver has been beaten by Morello's men and is unable to drive and that it is you, as the best driver in your team, who must take his place in the car.
There are 16 competitors in the race and it is a three-lap race. You start from the last starting position and you must reach the finish line first. Good luck!
After winning the race everyone will congratulate you and celebrate your victory. Sarah will suggest that you look for Paulie who is so drunk that someone should take care of him.
7. Find Paulie
Take Paulie home before he embarrasses himself or the family.
Talking to other people can help you find Paulie but is not necessary. You can talk to Vincenzo, Sarah, Ralphie, Frank, Sam, Lucas, and finally Bobby.
In one of the buildings next to which you start you can find a cigarette card - Luigi Marino (#7) (SM). Take it.
A little further on, there is a Dime Detective magazine on the stall - Death Blows Out the Candles (#9) (SM). Pick it up.
You will find him lying heavily drunk in one of the car booths.
After a short conversation you will be able to convince him that you should go home.
8. Get in the car / Drive Paulie home
Get in the car parked near and drive Paulie home. This will end this mission.
If you want to unlock the "Not Classy" achievement / trophy, take Paulie to the "Blue Tropics" brothel on Central Island instead of home.
After completing Fair Play you will get or will be able to get Sarah.
