This mission begins when one day Don Salieri asks you to take him to Pepe's restaurant for lunch because Carlo, who was supposed to do this, called and told the boss that he was sick.
Carlo called in sick, so Don Salieri needs you to drive him to lunch.

Prior missions
To begin Bon Appétit you must first complete Great Deal.
Objectives of Bon Appétit
1. Get in the car / Drive to Pepe's restaurant
Get in the car and drive Salieri to the restaurant run by Pepe.
When you get there, you will be greeted by the owner and you will sit at one of the tables.
At some point a group of armed men will appear on the street and start shooting at the restaurant. Luckily, you will notice them in time and you and Salieri will manage to avoid the bullets.
Don Salieri will tell you that he will try to take the attention of the attackers and you should surprise them by approaching them from behind.
2. Circle round and ambush attackers / Ambush attackers
Morello's goons are trying to kill the Don. Deal with them.
Kill the guy who entered the restaurant and tries to kill the cook and then go to the kitchen. There you will come across another opponent with a machine gun.
Before you go any further, take the "Suepr Science Stories" magazine lying on the table - Half-Past Eternity (#20) (SM).
Go out to the back of the restaurant, kill the opponents you encounter there.
Walk along the alleyway towards the street. Kill the attackers standing in front of the restaurant.
3. Look for Salieri
When you get rid of all the attackers, go towards the restaurant. After a while Salieri will come out of the building and thank you for saving his life.
You will get in the car but Salieri will not want to go back to your bar. He will instruct you to take him to Carlo's apartment because everything indicates that Carlo knew about this attack.
4. Drive to Carlo's apartment
Carlo's a rat. Make him regret he was ever born.
Drive to Carlo's apartment. When you enter his apartment, Carlo will jump out the window and start running away.
5. Don't let Carlo escape / Finish Carlo
Follow Carlo through the yard.
When you get a chance, shoot him.
Don Salieri will approach wounded Carlo lying on the ground and brutally make sure that Carlo's dead.
After completing Bon Appétit you will get or will be able to get Happy Birthday.
