This is the first mission you will play in the game after the prologue. Two men - Sam and Paulie, who crashed their car a while earlier, will get into your cab and force you to help them escape from the other criminals chasing them.

Objectives of An Offer You Can't Refuse
1. Lose the tail
You have to find a way to lose your tail. Drive ahead and after a while you should get to the place where road maintenance is carried out. You will notice this place from a distance, as it will be marked with a marker.
You will be able to drive safely to the other side and the car chasing you will crash.
2. Drive to the Giuliani Bridge / Drive to Central Island
Take the gangsters wherever they want to go.
Then your passengers will order you to go to the Giuliani Bridge because they want to get to the other side of the river. Look at the minimap. The route you should take will be marked with a red line.
Notice the arrows that will appear by the road when you are approaching intersections. They show which way you should drive.
When you drive over the bridge, three cars will pop up on it and try to block your way.
Speed up and try to drive between them.
3. Escape pursuers
You will break through the blockade but then the cars will start chasing you. You must lose them using the same method as before. The first place where road works are carried out will be just behind the bridge on the right side of the road.
Then find another such place to get rid of another car chasing you. There will be more cars chasing you, so at some point your passengers will come to the conclusion that in order to survive this you should head to their turf and they will instruct you to go to Little Italy.
4. Drive to Little Italy
Follow the route and it will lead you to a drawbridge which is partially raised. You will be able to jump to the other side and the cars chasing you will stay on the opposite side of the river.
When you reach your destination, your passengers will get out of the car and tell you to wait.
After a while, one of them will return and hand you an envelope containing gratitude for what you have done for them. He will also say that if you ever need help or are looking for a new job, you should return to them. You will thank him for the offer and drive home, which will end this mission.
After completing An Offer You Can't Refuse you will get or will be able to get Running Man.
