Charms

In Mafia: The Old Country, Charms are special passive upgrades for Enzo that improve his abilities in combat, stealth, health, and inventory management. They come in two main forms: Medallions and Beads.

Fast Travel

Fast Travel locations in Mafia: The Old Country are specific locations on the map that players can teleport to in Explore Mode. Fast travel points automatically appear on the map for locations you visit during the main campaign.

Lockboxes

In Mafia: The Old Country, lockboxes are small locked containers scattered around the world that can be quickly pried open using your knife, making them a handy source of Dinari. Each time you pry open a lockbox, it reduces your knife’s sharpness, so keep an eye on it and sharpen your knife when needed.

Mystery Foxes

In Mafia: The Old Country, Mystery Foxes are a type of collectible item scattered throughout the game's open world and story missions. These are small fox statues, often shimmering when nearby, that players can find and collect. There are 50 mysterious foxes in total, 10 of which appear exclusively in specific story chapters, while the rest are available in Free Roam mode.

Newspapers

In Mafia: The Old Country, Newspapers are a type of collectible item you can find throughout the game's open world and story missions. There are 50 Newspapers in total, some of them are tied to specific story chapters and other are available in Free Roam mode. They appear as glowing papers and are marked on the map once you're close.

Photographs

In Mafia: The Old Country, Photographs can be captured using an antique camera, which you unlock in Chapter 4 when Isabella hands it to Enzo. There are a total of 23 photographs to be collected - three are acquired automatically as part of the main story, while the remaining twenty can be found throughout the world in Free Roam mode.

Safes

In Mafia: The Old Country, safes are secure containers scattered throughout the game world that hold valuable loot. Unlike lockboxes, safes cannot be opened with a knife - you need to find specific codes to unlock them. These codes are usually found by exploring the nearby area, for example, by searching for documents containing them.

Saints' Cards

In Mafia: The Old Country, Saint's Cards are small devotional images of saints found at shrine-like altars scattered across Sicily’s landscape. There are 20 in total, with some appearing during specific story chapters and others available in Free Roam mode.

Trinacria

In Mafia: The Old Country, Trinacria are prized artifacts from Sicily's ancient past. You can trade any Trinacria you find for 100 Dinari at Pasquale's Store, making them a way to boost your funds. These small, triangular symbols must often be shot or retrieved from hard-to-reach spots.
