Mafia: The Old Country Map - Sicily

Saints' Cards

Saints' Cards are small devotional images of saints found at shrine-like altars scattered across Sicily's landscape. There are 20 in total, with some appearing during specific story chapters and others available in Free Roam mode. They don't grant any in-game bonuses, but collecting them contributes toward completing the "Collector" achievement / trophy.

Mystery Foxes are small fox statues, often shimmering when nearby, that you can find and collect. Unlike other collectibles, Mystery Foxes don't appear on the map until collected, making them harder to locate.

Charms are special passive upgrades that enhance your character's abilities in combat, stealth, health, and resource management. They come in two main forms: Medallions and Beads.

San Cristoforo You will pass by it in Chapter 10 - La Festa. Medallion. Effect: (Inventory) Provides all of your guns greater ammo capacity.

San Francesco d'Assisi It can be bought from Pasquale's Store for 800 Dinari. Medallion. Effect: (Stealth) Enhances your blade's durability.

San Giuda Available only in Chapter 4 - Il Barone. Medallion. Effect: (Loot) Guarantees that weapons looted from enemies will be full of ammo.

Sant'Agata The first charm you will find at the end of Chapter 1 - Famiglia. Medallion. Effect: (Health) Blesses you with a period of invulnerability when close to death.

Beads (Charms)

Charms are special passive upgrades that enhance your character's abilities in combat, stealth, health, and inventory management. They come in two main forms: Medallions and Beads.

Acuto Available only in Chapter 6 - La Difesa Siciliana. Effect: (Combat) Reduces the time needed to reach full accuracy when aiming.

Astuto Chapter 7 - Spirito Sportivo. Effect: (Loot) Grants you a higher chance of finding consumable items when looting.

Astuzia You can collect it after meeting Isabella in the garden in Chapter 3 - Pizzu. Effect: (Stealth) Gives any object you throw as a distraction a greater area of effect.

Brutale Available only in Chapter 9 - Industria. Effect: (Combat) Enhances the damage dealt by your ranged weapons.

Caricato Available only in Chapter 5 - Vendetta D'onore. Effect: (Inventory) Grants you a greater capacity of rifle ammo.

Collettore Effect: (Loot) Speeds up your looting.

Destrezza Chapter 13 - Capiregime. Effect: (Combat) Speeds up your reloads with all guns.

Economico You will pass by it in Chapter 11 - Mattanza. Effect: (Loot) Ensures you will find more ammo when looting.
