El Sueño is sending an expensive car as a gift to one of Peru's drug lords for signing on with the cartel. The car is located at a heavily guarded freight yard. Enter the freight yard, steal the car, and hide it in a local garage.
To start this mission you need to acquire major intel in Inca Camina province.

Imo the best solution here is to simply drive in via the railroad entrance, sprint around containers to the vehicle, and depart quickly the same way you came.
Don't use standard roads, instead follow the railroad, it's the fastest and easiest way to get to the point.
