Type: Side Mission
This is one of the side missions added in Fallen Ghosts DLC - Rebel Support: Diversion. You need to complete three missions of this type, one in each precinct, to unlock the final one.
Decrease the time between the use of the skill "DIVERSION" and another Rebel Support.

Kill the enemies ouside the building.
The fourth, the last mission of this kind will start a little differently. First you will have to find the door (Find the Rebel) to the room where the VIP is located. The door is located in the cellar of the villa, which is guarded by a squad of Extranjeros soldiers, including jammer, armored, and covert ops soldiers.
Destroy any door with C4 or a grenade.
Find the Rebel and release him. When you find him, more enemy reinforcements will come.
Get outside the building and take the hostage to the point marked on the map.
Expect blockades on the roads, etc. Hostage can not swim but you can use the boat if you want.
